Shipping Policy
All our products are made to order to keep prices low and contribute to a sustainable environment.
To calculate the time required to receive your item, please consider both fulfilment and shipping times. Fulfillment times depend on how quickly we can get your order ready. Shipping speed and cost depend on a few factors including product type, weight, and destination.
We ship worldwide from two main locations (Europe and USA) and we will ship from the one that can get you the item in the fastest possible way.

Standard Shipping - Estimated shipping times:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 2-8 business days (varies by country)
- UK: 2-5 business days
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on the service and destination. Any expedited shipping options available for your order will appear at checkout.
Fulfillment
Your order will be sent out on average within 1-3 days of ordering but can take up to five days in busy times.
International shipping (outside US, UK, EU):
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
You are responsible for any charges incurred and we do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If you didn't receive your order, definitely let us know!
Before you do, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns Policy
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive the item damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item!
Wrong size:
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at hello@finisher.zone and we'll let you know what your next steps are.
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. Please contact us before sending any returns.
